Over the years, Norman has actively supported innovative ventures and companies delivering transformative solutions to real-world problems. In 2012, he founded Quanchuang Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., which is involved in the export of automobile wheels and auto parts. In 2018, he founded Aladdin Magic Lamp (Shenzhen) Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., a company mainly focused on education and business training projects.

In addition, he is also the founder of Shanghai Jiguoduoduo Enterprise Development Group Co., Ltd., Shanghai Fengzhu Network Development Co., Ltd., Shanghai Fengyiquanshi Information Technology Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Qiangguoduo Catering Management Co., Ltd.
